Learning and Development Certificate Awards

There are a number of certificate awards that exist in the learning and development arena. They offer an incremental step approach to those individuals whose ultimate objective is to achieve a full NVQ in Learning and Development or Training and Support.

These certificates have been developed as part of the work to raise minimum standards of trainers who deliver Government funded work-based learning. They are recognised as the way forward to raise the quality of training in the workplace.
