ENTO Rewards – Giving you more

National training provider, ENTO, is leading the way yet again.

Proud to announce its loyalty scheme called ENTO Rewards, ENTO has launched a points based scheme that will reward it’s customers with 1 point per £1 they spend.

The loyalty scheme is a first in the training industry, and comes to light from ENTO’s understanding of what good customer service should be all about; ‘giving something back to the customer’.

ENTO has worked hard to find a great mix of rewards, ranging from adrenaline pumping track days, sky diving and aeroplane lessons to relaxing experiences including spa days and luxury weekend breaks in spectacular castles and stately homes. Just to name a few. Ensuring no disappointment though, ENTO are also giving their customers the option to choose money off their next purchase as an alternative reward, making everyone a winner.

ENTO foresees the scheme providing further insights into their customers meaning they are able to get to know their customers even better enabling them to tailor product offerings to suit the individual customer, providing them with the best possible learning journey and continuous professional development available.

Customers will also take advantage of introductory offers, including double and triple points on selected lines.

Customers can manage their points on-line, using ENTO’s recently re-vamped website www.ento.co.uk, designed and developed by ENTO’s sister company, Ariam Media, where they can also view information about the rewards on offer and redeem their collected points.

Director of ENTO, David Morgan comments on his excitement of the launch: “Loyalty is what we owe our customers, not the other way around and launching ENTO Rewards will enable us to thank our customers for their valued custom by giving them something in return, whilst leading the way in our industry. There are some exciting times ahead and the company as a whole are looking forward to running such a scheme”.

ENTO Rewards officially launched on 5th January 2009.
