People Development key to Group Success

Supportive mangers, a culture of contribution to achieving objectives and a friendly open and informal atmosphere were the key strengths identified during the Investors in People assessment for People Development UK Limited recently. 

The assessment was the first time that the Group has been through the Investors in People Standard since the creation of the Group comprising of ENTO, ENTO Direct and Ariam Media in 2005.  ENTO had previously been recognised but this assessment marked a real challenge in bringing together three companies with three separate management structures under the direction of business founders Tony Green, Tim O’Brien and David Morgan.

The Group has continued to go from strength to strength with a current staff compliment of 50 employees and a recently implemented Senior Management team responsible for the day to day delivery of the Group’s business objectives.

Commenting on the successful assessment Managing Director Tony Green said,

The successful outcome of the assessment and the identification of four key strengths is testament to the outstanding contribution that each and every staff member makes to the Group.  With the areas of improvement identified in the report we will continue to use the standard to support the achievement of our business objectives and to develop our employees to ensure that we continue to provide solutions for our customers”.
