Moving On

This quarter has seen the departure of ENTO Direct’s Chief Executive Sharon Forton.

Over the last eighteen months Sharon has successfully developed ENTO Direct into a thriving, new concept training provider. It is a testament to her skills and business acumen that the organisation has not only successfully honoured the promise to all learners of 100% achievement rate within six months, which has always been considered one of the most challenging and radical features of ENTO Direct, but has also played a pivotal role in the creation of a functioning new business. All this has been achieved from the humble beginnings of an idea, a desk and Sharon’s relish of a challenge. The fact that Sharon was deemed capable of balancing the inherent challenges of ENTO Direct as well as heading up the Standards and Qualifications team, barely a year into her new role is a reflection of the trust and confidence she inspires in those around her.

The Managing Director of ENTO Direct, David Morgan, will be taking on the challenges of Sharon’s role, in her absence and had the following to say.

‘‘In truth, Sharon has done all the hard work and has successfully navigated all the pitfalls that face those who set up new businesses. From here on in it’s going to be a case of continuing on the path that she has set for us so from a corporate perspective it’s a case of business as usual but I can confidently speak for everyone at the PDUK Group in saying that she has our very warmest wishes for the future.’’

Sharon will sadly be missed but we wish her well on her new journey. Sharon leaves us to join the Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire Chamber of Commerce and take up an exciting new role as the Director of Member Services and we wish her every success in the future.
