New Website to provide invaluable support to Learners |

Learning Provider ENTO Direct has officially launched its website www.entodirect.co.uk, a site which will not only provide information on the learning programmes on offer but also acts as a support mechanism to learners as part of the benefits package of ENTO Direct programmes. Designed by the ENTO Direct team after consultation, with trainers and learners alike, the site forms a major part of the support network offered to learners committed to ENTO Direct learning programmes – ensuring that all learners access the 100% achievement promise that ENTO Direct has committed to. This support includes site features such as a password protected online learner forum to allow learners the opportunity to discuss programme-related issues with other learners, and a guaranteed 24-hour response, online enquiry service where learners can raise queries with their trainer or assessor. The same 24-hour response guarantee is given to any enquiries by telephone. “The website is one of the tools we use to deliver our learning programmes. We recognise the importance of learner support not just throughout the programme but beyond. That is why we have developed the site to fit into our learning toolkit, which also includes support materials, and an assigned ENTO Direct Assessor. In addition we have incorporated the first year membership of the Learning Network, into our A1 and V1 packages, as well as a free CPD event and 20% of ENTO products and services, to ensure the learner assessor and learner verifier have that continued support once they have qualified.” explains Sharon Forton, Chief Executive of ENTO Direct.
