7 Steps

Beginning with a discussion to establish your training agenda and company philosophy on learning and development and then;

Establishing, in writing, the objective and suggested solutions to the objective and reaching agreement on the outline proposal before issuing a;

Specific proposal which reflects full learning delivery in line with your requirements and the associated costs, including use of your own venue if appropriate. Once agreed with you we will;

Prepare for delivery by confirming delivery dates and allocating one of our team of highly skilled trainers, undertake any development or revisions of/to the relevant learning programme before we undertake;

Our initial assessment with each individual delegate to establish the suitability of the learning programme/award/qualification selected, that the individual meets the selection requirements for the relevant award and whether there are any particular learning requirements of the individual that need to be addressed during delivery of the programme.  Delivery of our learning programmes is not just about imparting  the underpinning;

Knowledge of the relevant qualification/award but about developing a full understanding of the principles of the particular learning area before we go on to look at requirements of the award/qualification itself.  All our learning programmes reflect delivery of underpinning knowledge, assessment planning and, most importantly support throughout to ensure all objectives are achieved; Finally;

Evaluation of the programme to ensure both your organisational and your individual delegate objectives are met. We expect to be accountable for all the work we do with you, and will prepare a post-course evaluation report for your information. Added to this, we are happy to talk to you about other forms of programme evaluation and measurement.
