Introduction to NVQs and Assessment and Verification

The activity could be delivered over a half day or a full day depending on your organisational requirements.  The delivery would be broken down into different sections and would allow the opportunity to take groups through:

• An overview of NVQs (using Apprenticeships at your organsation as examples)
• The role of the assessor and internal verifier in the apprenticeship (showing how the model would work in your organisation)
• Assessment – assessment methods, planning for assessment, recording assessment decisions and feedback (showing how the process would be undertaken within your organisation)
• Quality Assurance
• Questions

This would also allow the A1 Learner Assessor and their assigned cohort of Apprentices the opportunity to "break the ice" and have a better understanding of their respective roles and responsibilities and therefore maximise the opportunity for better assessment and improved achievement in terms of time.

ENTO Direct would undertake the delivery in consultation and supported by a representative from your organisation to ensure your processes and procedures were communicated effectively. 

ENTO Direct would prepare the presentation and any materials for the day in consultation with your organisation.

Your organisation could supply the venue, equipment and hospitality for the day to ensure cost-effective delivery.
