What does the initial assessment involve? Once you have completed your Booking Form and Learner Agreement and submitted it to ENTO Direct you will be contacted by an ENTO Direct trainer/assessor who will take you through a telephone initial assessment to validate you meet the selection criteria. The initial assessment helps us to find out more about you and your job role, your organisation, the people supporting you in the organisation and helps identify your preferred learning styles and any additional support you may need to enter the programme. The initial assessment helps you and your employer fully understand the Award and the assessment and verification process and helps confirm that this is the appropriate Award for you. |
