What support will be provided to help me achieve my Awards?

You will be supported in the following ways:

  • Regular contact by email and telephone offering guided support with any queries/questions/problems you may come encounter
  • The learner forum on the website – you will be assigned a password to enter the website when your place is confirmed on our learning programme. The forum will allow you to access your trainer/assessor and we guarantee a response rate within 24 hours (during the working week).
  • Internally - you will receive support from your Internal Verifier and Countersigning Assessor (a qualified assessor, occupationally competent in the area you are assessing in and who will act as a mentor for you through to achievement.)
